Our instructors use a combination of lecture, visual aides and hands-on experience to deliver a quality learning experience. Our hands-on training program offers practical experience in the classroom to prepare you for the real world and an opportunity to test your knowledge of the course material. Designing the course that mimics real-world experiences is an art. It's also a fundamental quality of our course director and instructors. Our core staff is comprised of Westchester instructor's who are not only NY State certified but also working bartenders and or bar managers in the hospitality industry.
